Add sausage, and fry until browned, chopping as it cooks. Add water, and bring to boil. As soon as the water boils, turn heat down to simmer. Add bagel bits, and stir well. Add chopped apple, and stir well. Cook, stirring, until mixture becomes pudding-like. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve hot.
