Vegetarian Sausage Pudding - Vegan

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

12 oz veg sausage

1 tsp margarine or oil

1 soft bagel -- torn into bits

1 apple -- cored and chopped

1 cup water

1 Dash cinnamon

 

In a frying pan, heat margarine or oil.

Add sausage, and fry until browned, chopping as it cooks.

Add water, and bring to boil.

As soon as the water boils, turn heat down to simmer.

Add bagel bits, and stir well.

Add chopped apple, and stir well.

Cook, stirring, until mixture becomes pudding-like.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serve hot.
