Juicer ? (Belinda and oxidation)

Thanks for telling us this, Belinda:

" I do like my Jack Lalane because it has the bigger feed tube, but have read

that the centrifugal types put air in the juice, oxidizing it faster. "

So THAT'S why Jack said to drink the juice within 20 minutes or else the

enzymes will start to die!

This is the one concern I had about going raw - how you guys refrigerate fresh

food after processing them to store for more than those vital 20 minutes! I

thought it would be useless to go to any raw pot luck because to me, we all

would have to make the food right there and then and eat it within 20 minutes!
