Guest guest
27th May The forest guards of Pabitora Wildlife Sanctuary in Assam nabbed a poacher of Naga origin as he fired inside the sanctuary at midnight. Pabitora WS is one of the high density habitats of the Great Onehorned Rhinocerous. Rhino poaching has risen sharply in many parks and sanctuaries in Assam, the arrest of this Naga poacher with arms and ammuno is indeed a breather for the existing rhino population, atleast for a while.
