i went and read the website. Very interesting. I may get the book. Has

anyone tried their nutritional supplments? Any reviews or comments on

them or their efficacy?

I do have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, which are autoimmune

diseases. So I am always trying to boost my immune system. i have been

doing green smoothies for a couple of weeks now, probably about 4times

each week, and i have felt a little more energetic. It adjusting to

the taste. It is not awful, just different. And I am all about the

taste
