Keep it up, Louise! Just remember, back at the beginning I still

hadn't found Roger and Fred. I had no idea who Doug Graham is. I made

LOTS of mistakes at first as far as combinations, too much fat, too

much variety, not nearly enough fruit and greens. I'm leaving it so

people can see that, even though I was feeling my way, a person _can_

be successful at going 100% raw.
