Guest guest Posted June 30, 2006 Report Share Posted June 30, 2006 HI I have really been enjoying this group, even though I am only about 70% raw (pretty good because my goal was to be 50%). But I wanted to share my favorite raw thing...my morning smoothie. Fill a bender with kale, collards, and sometimes beet greens, half full, add another third of fruit(a banana or two, an apple and a hunk of pinapple) 2 cups water and blend. I have a really big salad for lunch, mainly nuts and fruit at night. I started all this about May this year and have lost 20 pounds..and still eat like horse. And the fun part is at work people are always waiting to see what I pull out of my lunch pack...my salad have become very creative. thanks everybody for helping me learn so much:) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
