Thai and Indonesian officials have agreed to facilitate the repatriation of 48 orangutans back to the island of Borneo on the 21st and 22nd of November. The orangutans will be flown back on an Indonesian Air force Hercules C130 plane. The wife of the Indonesian president will welcome the orangutans at Jakarta Airport and join them to Borneo's Nyaru Menteng Orangutan Rehabilitation Center. More details will follow soon.
