We want to double our bet by flooding the president with last minute e-mail messages. This could speed up the process greatly. Please send a short message - it can be one sentence long - asking President Leonel Fernandez to do the right thing and deny the permit to import dolphins from Japan. You can copy and paste that sentence if you are too busy to create an original sentence. No problem.
