Dear All,

New Delhi Television (NDTV) has been regularly highlighting animal

rights issues and addressing them in the best possible manner and I am

sure if you are a regular on AAPN or manage to view the NDTV news

reports on Television worldwide you must be aware of its campaigns in

the past.

The very recent campaign which ended last month was to 'Save the Big

Five' - the one horned rhino, royal Bengal tiger, leopard, Asiatic

lion and elephant.

Throughout the campaign special reports by correspondents from across

the Nation on the threat to the BIG five was carried on a series every

day with debates and discussions involving leading experts, scientists

and people from various walks of life.

Well the latest campaign that NDTV has launched is " SAVE OUR FAITHFUL

FRIENDS " , it refers to none other than our destitute friends whom we

call 'DOGS'.

Thousands have been massacred throughout India, there was very little

we could do as animal people.

This killing has not ended, in fact it is penetrating to every

Municipal corporation and city of India. If big Metropolis like

Bangalore, Hyderabad etc can get away unscratched by committing such

offenses then it is very much likely for other cities to follow the model.

Please help the Media in fighting the cause of our 'BEST FRIENDS',

click on below and caste you valuable vote and flood this campaign

with as many votes as you can. The more the better. Please circulate

the link below to all you know.

NDTV is one of the leading media houses in this region and I am sure

like its other successful campaigns even this one will not be left behind.
