Root Cause for Elephant Polo competition

Will the inspector inspect the elephant polo match or assist in organising

elephant water polo, elephant painting, elephant dance drama, elephant band

parties, elephant kitty parties, elephant siren song and walking elephants

for 600 miles on hot tarmac roads to write books like 'Travels on My

Elephant' and similar environmental awareness programmes?
