Guest guest
10/23 The " normal " (toxic) individual has a pulse rate of between 70 and 80. The normal pulse rate for a young adult hygienist in good health who exercises regularly, however, would be between 50 and 60. With athletic training, a person can often get this down, sometimes to about 40 or 45. Doctor Alec Burton, 1980.
