I know it is a long shot that anybody would have any information on this court order , but if anyone could throw any light on this I would be very grateful. Does anybody know anything about this judgment and what it says, and is it possible that anybody could forward me a copy? The Dog killing continues in and around Trivandrum and looks to be going Kerala-wide, and there seems to be nothing that I can do to stop it. It is heartbreaking.
