 Dear sir,

You are right. But my point was that the Firebrigade cannot waive off the fee on

its own, for this we have to approach their controlling deptt. or the

Comncillors of MC to get it waived in case of a call for animal rescues.

I had also mentioned to involve Wlife Deptt(though they are also late even than

the Police).Being Govt Deptt.it will more easy.An awareness is needed to guide

public about the persons/Deptts. to be contacted. In my city firebrigade came on

many occassions without any charges.

A person paid 2500 from his pocket to call a Pvt.crane to rescue a egret from a

tree top,as the wildlife person called was having no means to bring it down.

With all the best wishes,

SKJ

to organise and coordinate with others .making hue and cry for 150 rupees(App

3.5 US Dollors) is not justifiable,if the Firebrigade has its charges. However

he can ask the authorities Esp.wildlife and AHusbandary,to ask the Municipal

corpn or controlling authority of fire brigade to waive off this.

about all the details to maintain some secracy). They are empowered under

Sec.50 of WPA Act and anybody denying help to them can be booked under

provisions of WPAct 1972.
