Guest guest Posted December 1, 2002 Report Share Posted December 1, 2002 This goes with a cookie recipe, coming in next mail. * Exported from MasterCook * Raspberry Dazzle Recipe By :Recipe courtesy Alton Brown Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 dash salt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon unsalted butter Combine sugar, raspberries, corn syrup and salt in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and butter. Place mixture in colander; drain and discard liquids, reserving Raspberry Dazzle in colander.
