Raspberry Dazzle

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup sugar

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 dash salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

 

Combine sugar, raspberries, corn syrup and salt in saucepan and cook over medium

heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes,

stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and butter.

Place mixture in colander; drain and discard liquids, reserving Raspberry Dazzle

in colander.
