Even if it is a rumour it is worth raising up the issue and writing

out to those & then get it out from them whether it is a rumour. By

questioning the integrity of such a caution we only end up buying more

time for the offenders. We got nothing to lose by knocking for an SOS

this early. Those who feel that all is well for Delhi homeless dogs

are concerned it is far worse than Bangalore.

This is not true that Govt. is going to kill dogs in Delhi due to commonwealth

games, for what purpose we are here in Delhi, relax please.
