I think I can order > Teflex sheets, but I dont want to wait a few days! and someone else asked where to get parchment paper: You *could* use parchment paper (Reynolds makes one, which should be available in the same section of your supermarket as aluminum foil), but, as it will only work once, you will ultimately save more money by using a couple of Teflex sheets. Also, if you care anything about the environment.... if you order 3 or more Teflex sheets from Excalibur, they give you a $1.00 discount for each one.
