You *could* use parchment paper (Reynolds makes one, which should be

available in the same section of your supermarket as aluminum foil),

but, as it will only work once, you will ultimately save more money by

using a couple of Teflex sheets. Also, if you care anything about the

environment....

$1.00 discount for each one. (of course, you have to pay shipping, but

the shipping will be the same for 3 as for 1)
