Stir-fry onion, celery and salt 3 minutes. Add tofu, reduce heat; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice and bean sprouts, cook, covered, until mixture is hot (3-5 minutes). Stir in soy sauce and pepper.
