Re:The Commonwealth Games - and Delhi's strays

As we all know what is happening in Bangalore but are most surprised about the

Delhi angle, I do sincerely suggest that when people post issues like this about

" Plans " that involve cruelty to animals, they must clearly state their sources.

We are all very much in the throes of a crisis in which fact, fiction, rumours

etc are all in play, and in order for people to take action, they need to be

sure of the facts and sources.

Also it would be really nice if we made it clear to people posting urgent

messages to do with rescues (such as the IIT deer mystery which evidently never

got solved) that the very least they should provide is their contact numbers,

and not just an email id.
