Guest guest
Thanks for the Recipe. I put it in my file. I had a very bad reaction to someting I ate but didn't go the emergency room, although it crossed my mind. Haven't tracked what exactly was the culprit. Could have been the dressing (organic but perhaps cooked) - my sprouts that might have been too old (how long do you keep them?)... not sure but I am on a water fast today. Yesterday I ate a banana, a mango and an orange. Today my stomach is still queasy so I am giving it a rest. Wish me luck - and even though it was not a good experience, I think it made me realize I am going 100% raw. Forget that 10% or 1% or 20% cooked. Not worth it. Either on or off. As I recall - taking a drink a being the alcoholic that I am doesn't mean I am sober. So - doesn't mean I'm a raw foodist if I am still eating cooked. I have been sober 29 years now. 2nd day 100% raw. Louise
Guest guest
Louise, I know what you mean about saying you're eating raw but still eating cooked. Kind of like a " vegetarian " who eats chicken & fish. Good luck! And hang in there!
