Extra reserves of energy are needed to meet the many demands and stresses

of our busy lives. Even if we follow a good Natural Hygiene diet, this

vital reserve energy may be missing, due to sedentary living habits. Our

labor – saving devices are doing us in, making us unfit and unhealthy.

Unused muscles gradually weaken and deteriorate – and along with them,

health and energy levels drop. The symptoms of our unfitness are

persistent fatigue, nervousness, poor sleep, anxiety, indigestion, and

lack of stamina. Needed: a regular exercise program to rebuild our energy

reserves!
