I have been adding raw foods to my diet. I recently ate them quite a

bit for two days in a row. I am new at this as you can see. I was into

the second day when I got ill. It was for a brief period of time

appros 3 hours. I felt hot and had stomach cramps.

 

After this I have been avoiding raw foods. My body wants all the whole

foods I have been use to and no longer the raw.

 

I want to change over, but I am not sure what has happened. All the

great feelings with raw foods has seemed to disappear from me.

 

Any advice?
