Respected DGP - UP,

Kindly refer to the National Sahara TV news today about the race of animals

in which the animals covered 400 meters in a few seconds & the owner of the

animals awarded cash prize along with colour TV. Where as the animals pushed up

with wrong things & style , under very heavy stress , pain & injury animals

finished the race.This is the clear cut violation of the sec. 3 , 11 & 38 of the

P.C.A Act, 1960.

Hence you are requested to direct the concerned IG / DIG / SSP for further

directions to SHO / CO of the Police Station to lodge an FIR against the

organisers along with the owners of the all animals participated in the race

under section 3 , 11 & 38 of the Prevention of the Cruelty to Animals Act , 1960

under intimation to the under signed please & the award money may kindly be

forfitted to the Govt. & taken back from the sukku animal owner.
