Frankly, my experience at the ground-level prompts me to suggest making inroads

into the 'mind & heart' of the " animal-haters " (I really don't believe there is

any, but someone who is caused discomfort (and scared )by animals). Even our

animal control van/ambulance drivers are regularly tutored to that effect.
