Aaahhh Sharon let us know how we can help you, I don't really plan. I will

experiment. PT posted the veggie bean burger, the recipe calls for kidney beans

and I had pinto so I tried the recipe, it was delish! I usually always have

pasta, rice, grains, beans and potatoes on hand. Then I keep frozen veggies and

canned stewed tomatoes. You would be shocked how many great dishes you can make

out of those items. One example: I might boil spiral pasta and make a quick mac

salad, the next day with the cooked leftover I might saute veggies, add thawed

frozen peas and then some pasta.

I think it's interesting to see what other folks eat on a normal day.

For me, I have a HORRIBLE time with menu planning. I see all these

great recipes, but I am no good at planning out a weeks menus. I just

don't know how other folks do it. My mother planned out her meals for a

month - she was amazing that way. But she's gone so I can't ask her either.

I'd ask my friends to come and see

An octopus' garden with me

I'd like to be under the sea

In an octopus' garden in the shade.

We would be warm below the storm

In our little hideaway beneath the waves

Resting our head on the sea bed

In an octopus' garden near a cave

We would sing and dance around

because we know we can't be found

I'd like to be under the sea

In an octopus' garden in the shade
