I regret the insinuations made by my colleague

Merritt Clifton, but the trouble with the link to

the article illustrates that it is better to take

the time to copy the text of an online article

and post it in its entirety (along with the

weblink for reference purposes) rather than just

providing a link. Usually I don't feel I have

the time to go to all the weblinks I receive

every day to ascertain if there is something

worth reading there. And at some point the

weblink is disconnected and the material is lost.

With some publications, you can read articles

free for a day or a week but after that period,

you have to pay to get into their archives.
