birth control - thanks for the feedback

Thanks for all the feedback on whether or not to take birth control

pills. It was really nice to see that the responses advocated not

taking the pill. I guess I just assumed that " everybody's taking it "

and had never thought about trying other methods. I am officially off

the pill starting today. We'll see! My husband and I are both

concerned about me getting pregnant, but we both believe that if God

wants us to have another one, then He will allow me to get pregnant.

However, that's not to say we won't be careful. My husband has always

used protection, so we'll keep doing that. Also, I'm going to start

taking my temperature to chart my cycle. We don't believe in using

iuds (we're pro-life), diaphragms (don't want that in me - same reason

I don't wear tampons), or getting a vasectomy (unnecessary surgery).

So, thanks again for all the advice. I just needed some assurance that

I was making the right decision.
