I know some dehydrated foods are OK to freeze like left over fruit leather that

you don't want to go bad, etc. BUT, I know some raw food recipes don't freeze

well and destroy some nutrition/taste/texture.

I'm fixin' to make Alissas Chicken Fingers recipe (the one with the sprouted

lentils). I half many of her recipes because otherwise it will feed an army! But

in this case it will take so much effort to make and dehydrate this detailed

recipe that I wonder if y'all think these might dehydrate leftover OK if I make

the whole recipe. That's in case my husband doesn't like them. He will eat much

of " my " raw food preps. I hate to waste the food if it won't freeze well..

Ideas?
