So far it has not yet been proven that the issue is a RUMOUR. Hence

the moral of the Wolf story sadly can not be clubbed here.

In Noida,a suburb of New Delhi a friend of mine lost her pet dog which

was mauled by a pack of homeless dogs. Speaking to her I could make

out that ABC is unheard of in her locality, residents are frustrated

at the growing fear of furious dogs there.

Details are awaited.
