Guest guest
Hi again, I just bought just over a pound of cherries today and ate them all in two sittings. The thing is, I get gassy afterwards, which is odd, since the raw food diet so far has pretty much eliminated gas. I noticed this too when I ate a lot of strawberries in one sitting, so I was just wondering if there's some raw food rule I'm unaware of that says you should limit berries (are cherries even berries?). Thanks again for humoring the odd questions : ) Jen

Where they organic? I know my mother is sensitive to the antifungal agents they spray on convential strawberries to keep them from rotting as quickly. -Mike
