Brenda * Exported from MasterCook * Curry Dip (Audrey's) Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Dips and Spreads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 24 ounces cream cheese -- (3 - 8 oz packages) 8 ounces apricot preserves 2 tablespoons curry powder 1/2 cup pistachio nuts -- chopped - (0 to 1 cup, optional) dried cranberries, for opt. topping Mix, then top with dried cranberries. Makes lots. Brenda's note: Sister-in-law brought this to family party. She used no topping and pecans, I think, in place of pistachio's. She served with rice crackers.
