Guest guest
I posted this last winter. It's a wonderful dip for holiday parties, so it's time to dig it out again. Nobody can stay out of this once they try it. -------- My niece brings this dip to our huge Adams family Xmas parties every year. It is always the one that we all rave about and inhale. I finally made it myself last night (a half batch). OH OH OH... It's too good. I made using low-fat mayo and sour cream and it tastes full fat. Enjoy, Brenda * Exported from MasterCook * Amanda's Artichoke Dip Recipe By :Better Homes and Gardens Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 13 ounces marinated artichoke hearts -- (2 sm jars) 4 ounces sliced black olives -- or more 4 ounces diced green chiles -- (4 oz) 1/4 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Drain artichokes (save oil for another use) and mix all ingredients together. Spoon into ovenproof dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Brenda's notes: Niece Amanda brings this dish to each yearly Xmas party. We all inhale it. This last year, she replaced the sour cream with yogurt and it was great. I made it last night for the first time, with low-fat Best Food's mayo and low-fat sour cream. Oh it was so good. (I halved the recipe. The full recipe makes quite a bit.) This would be a great appetizer for any party.
