Marinating Tofu - Freezer

We've had success with draining the tofu with a weight on it.

Then place it in a freezer container, pouring marinade over it. Let

sit at room temperature for 45 mins to an hour. Place in the freezer

overnight. Defrost in fridge or at room temperature. It makes the

texture more chewy, too.
