If desired, you can garnish each cup with an additional cinnamon stick. 1. Heat water and pineapple juice in a saucepan until it boils. Add cloves, cinnamon, and lemon and lower heat. Simmer 10 minutes over medium heat. 2. Remove cloves and cinnamon and serve hot.
