Guest guest
I have been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for about 7 years now. I am still an infant in the vegetarian diet area. I don't know how to cook or use some things that are called for often in veg. recipes. Some of the things I am just afraid to try. I want to be more adventurous, but wish I could almost find a vegetarian cooking mentor. Does someone like that exist? I try to follow Eat Right 4 Your Type, due to health issues. So when I go to cook certain recipes there seem to be a lot of things on my avoid list and I have no idea what can be substituted or no idea where to find the food item or how to cook it. I have recently been diagnosed with a severe case of acid reflux in my upper throat. Which is quite strange for an A blood type. I would really like to get my diet under some control to get rid of the acid reflux and reduce my weight. Any ideas? Anyone in the same boat? Any suggestions? Please advise.
