One of my daughters made us a lovely Christmas basket filled with homemade

goodies. It was a hummus Christmas as she had made 4 types. This was the

standout favorite:

1 can chick peas

3 tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup parsley

2 green onions

1 teaspoon dried oregano

 

Blend well.
