Guest guest
We love the Worthington/Loma Linda Products far better than any other line of products out there. I buy them by the case off of Amazon for a great price with no shipping or sales tax. The frozen items I pick up at health food stores or Adventist book Centers(they have the best selections on all their products). Such a great variety of frozen and canned products. I can't think of any of them we don't love. Don't you just love the shelf life that canned and frozen products have? Here is a look at all they carry. http://www.kelloggs.com/brand/worthington/ I put the Fri-chick in Cornbread Dressing and then stick half slices of the " Turkee " pressed into it in the casserole dish, leaving the rounded edge up. Sometimes I leave the " Turkey " slices round and fold them in half like a taco and stuff it with the Dressing and line them up in the casserole dish. Another favorite dressing here uses the frozen Worthington/Loma Linda Prosage Rolls, which I grate on my Mandolin or in the food processor, once it has thawed. It has a sausage type flavor. Here is the recipe. Prosage and Jalapeno Dressing INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup butter, divided 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped onion 5 TBSP.Jalapeno pepper(pickled), diced and minced 1/2 pound Prosage, ( I thaw it and shred on my mandoline) 4 cups of Pepperidge Farm Herbed Stuffing Shreds 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups warm water 3 TBSP. Bills Best Chicken Like Seasoning 1 egg, beaten DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x13 inch pan. 2. In a heavy skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter over low heat. Saute the onion and peppers until soft. Place Prosage in skillet; crumble and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. 3. Combine Prosage mixture with Stuffing Shreds, warm water, Bill's Best Chicken like Seasoning, egg, and salt . Mix well, and transfer dressing to prepared pan. Spray the top with Smart Balance liquid Spray lightly. It is found in the butter section of the refrigerator. 4. Bake for 45 minutes.
