Guest guest Posted February 2, 2004 Report Share Posted February 2, 2004 * Exported from MasterCook * Light Poppy Seed Dressing - 1 pt Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 cup frozen apple-juice concentrate -- thawed 1/4 cup honey 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar (or other mild vinegar) 1/3 cup canola oil 3/4 cup water 1 tbsp. grated onion 1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. poppy seeds Combine all of the ingredients in a 3- to 4-cup container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well to mix the ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to blend. Shake well before serving. Makes a scant 2 1/2 cups. Each 2-tablespoon serving has about: 25 calories, 2 grams fat, no cholesterol, 28 milligrams sodium, 2 grams carbohydrates, negligible protein and negligible fiber.
