Add the garlic, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the onion and peppers and cook unitl the vegetables begin to soften, about 5 minutes. 3 Add the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 4 Meanwhile, cook the ravioli in the simmering water until they float, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
