Guest guest Posted March 2, 2004 Report Share Posted March 2, 2004 hi all: We're kinda new to the whole veg thing... I read somewhere that tofu's firmness can be increased by first freezing it. We bought some " extra firm " tofu from the store the other day & popped it up into the freezer as soon as we got home. Later, tho, my wife wondered if we were supposed to take it out of its container first (there's a bunch of liquid in with it) prior to freezing.
