Guest guest Posted March 21, 2004 Report Share Posted March 21, 2004 Source: Old Family Recipe 4 pears, cut in chunks or slices 4 apples, cut in chunks or slices 4 plums, cut in chunks or slices 1 large can chunk pineapple, in own juice Put fruit slices in 9X13 " baking pan. Pour pineapple and juice over fruit. Bake at 300° for 1-1/2 hours, covered. Uncover and bake 1 hour more. Can be served hot or cold. Can also be doubled.
