Guest guest Posted March 21, 2004 Report Share Posted March 21, 2004 There is a recipe in one of Mollie Katzen's cookbooks for a non-chicken " chicken " soup that uses wine. I don't cook with wine, and would like to know what people have used to substitute for the wine and still achieve the same flavor.
