Guest guest Posted March 24, 2004 Report Share Posted March 24, 2004 * Exported from MasterCook * Crustless Veggie Quiche Recipe By :Woods Hole Passage Bed and Breakfast Inn Falmouth, Massachusetts Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Quiche Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups chopped veggie mix (onion, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, etc.) 1 cup grated swiss cheese 6 eggs 1 1/2 cups light cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh herb -- (rosemary, thyme, tarragon) pinch nutmeg pinch garlic powder parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8-inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. Layer veggies plus cheese in dish halfway to the top. Liberally beat eggs, cream, and spices together. Pour over veggies and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan. Return to oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
