Guest guest
I haent eaten meat (tuna once) since Easter. I eat a lot of soy pasta and egg whites and since I'm di\/orced I don't spend a lot of time in the kitchen. But I am gaining weight.I lo\/e peanutbutter (my \/ key is stuck) and but am trying to limit it. I feel a lot better, but I can't keep gaining. I also like the soy burgers and eat a sprouted grain bread. I am not haing trouble with my diet, I keep meals frozen for when I don't want to cook. I'm 55 and a grandma and enjoying eating what tastes and feels good to me. Thanks, mj (mary jo)
Guest guest
MJ- Maybe you are eating too much cheese. That is a common problem with new vegetarians. Try lower fat cheese, and substitute yogurt for sour cream. " Gimme Lean " from Litelife is a fat-free great tasing sub for ground meat. We use the sausage flavor for pizza topping.
