Guest guest Posted May 6, 2004 Report Share Posted May 6, 2004 Hello group, I am a new(?) vegetarian. For years we have limited our meat intake to chicken and fish but have now cut those out. The big jump for me was my cholestrol went up and I have decided to try healthier eating and of course more *sigh* excerise instead of medication. Do you, those of you who are a full time practicing veggie, worry about the amount of protein in a day? The mattar tofu recipe is a favorite of our's.
