Mastercook format

Here is something I found about MC recipe formatting. This is from a really old

source and applies to an early version of Mastercook, but it should still be

valid. The complete reference is at

http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Woods/2073/. Note that there are several

other valid formats; try looking at recipes in the message archive to see

examples.

 

You can use either MXP format or generic text format. This info is the MXP

format.
