Guest guest Posted May 10, 2004 Report Share Posted May 10, 2004 hi all. i've been a veggie for about 10 years now and i've just started trying tofu (i've never really liked it b/c i thought it was too mushy but if i chop it up it isn't so bad). i recently got the extra firm kind that came in the " juice box " . i used a little of it and then kept it in the fridge before i used it again a week later. when i went to use it the second time it was all mushy and gross. is there a way to keep it from getting like that so that i don't have to use the whole thing at once. plus if anyone has any good tofu recipes (preferably ones that don't take too long to make) i'd love some good ones. thanks!
