Guest guest
Hello, I'm new to eating and cooking tofu and I was wondering how long it last to keep as a leftover meal. I made Vegetable burritos with firm tofu and I made a lot of it, how long should it keep? The date on the package was the 17 th I cooked it on the 16th. This was actually my first experience with cooking tofu I have used the crumbles before. For something like what I made or a stir fry how long should you cook the tofu? Does it get firmer the longer you cook it? Can you eat to much Soy? I have so many questions, you can tell I'm new at this. Our meal was very good I was impressed with the taste. I have two more tofu recipes to try out this week I just want to make sure I'm cooking it right. Thanks for any help anyone can offer. Change the water every day (or every second day). It should last a month or longer that way.
Guest guest
Try to use filtered water rather than tap water which is usually heavily chlorinated - Jenny _______________________ > > the way to keep tofu is covered with water in a sealed container.
