Heart healthy hospital stay

What's wrong with this picture?

 

Yesterday my father-in-law had an angiogram and they placed a stent

in one coronary artery. Everything went well.

 

For his supper, they (the hospital) fed him a sandwich with a slab

of roast beef!!! I sat there in amazement wondering what the

rationale was. I asked the doctor about it and he said this hospital

is pretty bad when it comes to food. He even said people go home

after heart surgery and think they can eat the same things they are

fed in the hospital and stay healthy.

 

I asked him about vegetarianism ans he talked about how healthy

vegetarian Seventh Day Adventists are. Personally it was nursing

school and being in the hospital seeing all the sick people that

made me go vegetarian.
