Guest guest Posted September 7, 2004 Report Share Posted September 7, 2004 Hi i tried several recipes for " veggieloaf " and the best one ended up being my Mom's meatloaf recipe, with Boca crumbles subbed for the meat.. it turned out great. The same thing happened with veggie chili.. the best one was my Dad's recipe with crumbles instead of meat. I think the reason for both successes is.. meatloaf and chili are so individual.. everyone likes the one they grew up eating.
