Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

2 onions -- diced, sauteed

1 bell pepper -- diced, sauteed

4 cups seitan -- ground

1 8 oz package tempeh -- ground

2 cups millet -- cooked

1/4 cup oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup tofu -- mashed

1 tablespoon Dr. Bronner's bouillon

1 1/2 cups tomato paste

5 teaspoons dried oregano

2 teaspoons salt-free Spike

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon oil -- (1 to 2)

Saute onions in a little oil. When soft, remove from fry pan and put

aside half the onions. Put the rest in a large mixing bowl. Saute bell

pepper and add to onions in bowl.

Using the S blade of the food processor, grind the seitan and then the

tempeh. Fry together in a large skillet and season with salt flavorings

(Bragg's, tamari) and yeast.

When browned, place ground seitan & tempeh into the mixing bowl. Add

cooked millet.

In the food processor, blend oil, the onion saute that was set aside,

black pepper, tofu, bouillon, and 1 cup of tomato paste. Stir this into

the mixture in the large bowl. Add oregano, Spike, cumin, sea salt, and

the other 1/2 cup of tomato paste. Mix well.

Place into an oiled casserole or large cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with

extra nutritional yeast and 1-2 tablespoons oil on top. Bake in a

preheated 350F oven for 50 minutes.
