I like this one. * Exported from MasterCook * Neat Loaf Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Casserole Main Dishes, Vegetarian Meatless Main Dish Vegan Vegetarian Vegetarian Main Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 onions -- diced, sauteed 1 bell pepper -- diced, sauteed 4 cups seitan -- ground 1 8 oz package tempeh -- ground 2 cups millet -- cooked 1/4 cup oil 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup tofu -- mashed 1 tablespoon Dr. Bronner's bouillon 1 1/2 cups tomato paste 5 teaspoons dried oregano 2 teaspoons salt-free Spike 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 tablespoon oil -- (1 to 2) Saute onions in a little oil. Add oregano, Spike, cumin, sea salt, and the other 1/2 cup of tomato paste. Mix well. Place into an oiled casserole or large cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with extra nutritional yeast and 1-2 tablespoons oil on top. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 50 minutes.
